About the Program

Our program is designed to empower youths aged 10 to 16 to embark on a life-long journey of self-discovery.

Through a blend of facilitation, interactive team activities and introspection on themes including Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Teamwork and Leadership, they will emerge with newfound clarity and confidence, capable of leading themselves and others.

Learners will be equipped with the motivation and inspiration to make a positive impact not only on their own lives but also on those around them.

Inspired by the vastness of our galaxy, our mission is to help youths discover their inner universe:

Beyond our grades and extracurriculars lies these profound inquiries that shape our identity and purpose.

In today’s digital era and rise of artificial intelligence, coupled with the voices of parents, teachers, peers and social media, it’s easy to lose touch with our be-ing;

who we are at our core, our values and belief system

that guide our development.

Furthermore, communicating through digital devices and online social media platforms may affect our ability to forge genuine human connections and foster meaningful relationships.

Least we forget that it’s skills like trust, empathy and collaboration that form the basis of relationships and effecting positive changes in our society and communities.

RAYMOND

Raymond is a veteran banker with over 40 years of banking experience across countries and numerous market segments.

Originally from Hong Kong and now based in Singapore, his storied career has brought him all over the world, most notably to Canada, Malaysia, USA, China, Indonesia and Myanmar.

In addition to his banking and finance working experience, Raymond always had a passion for people development and in recent years became a certified coach with Marshall-Goldsmith (Stakeholder-centered coaching).

At present, he is actively involved in executive coaching and business consulting.

JACQUELYN

Jacquelyn is an Entrepreneur whose expertise in Sales and Marketing has been instrumental in the success of her business ventures in music education and the real estate industry.

She is also a certified coach, combining her passion to nurture and guide professionals towards achieving their ambitions.

As a mentor for the youth leadership program and a parent of 2 children, Jacquelyn's passion lies in empowering the next generation.

She understands the challenges parents face in nurturing their children's potential and is committed to helping young leaders discover their unique strengths.

Her relatable approach and credible experience make her an inspiring role model for youths aspiring to excel in leadership and life.

CHLOE

Chloe is a dynamic facilitator and certified coach with over 15 years of experience in learning and development.

Chloe’s commitment to her craft extends to both adults and children, as she believes in the profound impact honing emotional intelligence, communication and leadership skills can have on individuals.

Through her engaging approach and empathetic nature, she endeavours to empower her clients and students to discover their talents and step out of their comfort zones.

Receiving accolades such as the SkillsFuture Employer Award - Gold and a Forbes Five Stars rating, is a testament that people are the greatest asset and how she has helped to foster a culture of trust, collaboration and service excellence in the the luxury hospitality.
